For efficient charging, the USB adapter must be positioned between the suction cup holder and the back of your māoï. It is therefore necessary to unlock the handle and spread the suction cup holder to connect the charging / communication cable to the māoï.
1) I see a white screen instead on the buddy display
Please update the firmware of your māoï to version M.1.0.2 or later. New versions of the firmware are available on the Thalatoo extranet https://extranet.thalatoo.com
2) When I connect the cable, nothing happens

3) When I connect the cable, the battery icon appears on the buddy display but the māoï does not charge
Wait at least 10 hours for a full charge. If your māoï is still not charged, please contact our After Sales Service (via the form on the extranet or by sending an email to help@thalatoo.com). Please specify the used charger model in your contact request.
